• Q: How do I book a session?
  A: Contact me to discuss your chosen package and preferred dates. A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking.

• Q: Where are sessions held?
  A: All sessions are outdoors on-location, usually at your home, your garden, or a preferred outdoor setting. Travel within 25 miles of New Milton is included; extra mileage is charged at £0.45 per mile.

• Q: What types of sessions do you offer?
  A: I offer On-Location Sessions for individual dogs or families, and the Breeder Journey Package for studs, breeding pairs, and litters. Puppy-focused sessions and custom promotional materials are also available.

• Q: Can I buy promotional materials separately?
  A: Yes! Standalone items like Stud Dog Promotional Flyers are available if you don’t want the full Breeder Journey Package.

• Q: When will I receive my images?
  A: After your session, I professionally edit the best shots. You’ll access them in a secure, password-protected gallery to select your favourites. Delivery can take up to 4–6 weeks depending on the season and workload.

• Q: Can I use images for commercial purposes or post them online?
  A: No. Clients may not post, share, or use images for commercial purposes unless they purchase commercial rights.

  • On-Location Sessions: Images are provided digitally with a visible watermark across the bottom centre. You may share these images only with the watermark visible to prevent unauthorized use. They are for personal use only; posting unwatermarked images or using them commercially is prohibited.

  • Breeder Journey Package: Includes commercial usage rights for advertising, websites, social media, and litter promotion.

  • Optional Commercial Rights Add-On: For On-Location Sessions, you must notify me by email and pay the commercial usage fee before all images are delivered. Usage rights will be legally defined in a signed contract before the shoot. Photographers retain copyright; images remain restricted to personal use until commercial rights are purchased.

• Q: How many images will I get?
  A: This depends on the session:

  • On-Location Sessions: typically 10 professionally edited images

  • Breeder Journey Package: 10 edited images per session + puppy sessions

• Q: Do you photograph puppies only or adult dogs too?
  A: I photograph both, all outdoors. Sessions can include studs, breeding pairs, puppies, or family dogs.

• Q: Can I request specific poses or setups?
  A: Absolutely! I encourage your ideas and guide your dogs to get the best results while keeping them comfortable.

• Q: What should I bring to the session?
  A: Bring your dog’s favourite treats, toys, and any accessories (like collars, coats, or ribbons). For puppies, it can help to have a familiar blanket or bedding to keep them comfortable.

• Q: How long does a session usually last?
  A: Sessions typically last 30–60 minutes for On-Location Sessions, and longer for the Breeder Journey Package depending on the number of dogs or puppies.

• Q: What if my dog is nervous or doesn’t follow commands?
  A: I’m experienced with all temperaments and will work patiently. Sessions are relaxed and stress-free, using positive reinforcement to get the best shots.

• Q: Can multiple dogs be photographed together?
  A: Yes! I can photograph multiple dogs at once, including litters, breeding pairs, or family groups.

• Q: What happens if the weather is bad?
  A: All sessions are outdoors, so in case of rain or unsuitable conditions, we’ll reschedule to ensure your dogs are comfortable and the photos are perfect.

• Q: Can you photograph puppies of any age?
  A: Yes. For breeders, I usually recommend two puppy sessions: an early session at 1–4 weeks for announcements, and a second at 7–8 weeks for individual and litter portraits.

• Q: Can I order prints or albums?
  A: Yes! I offer professional prints, canvases, and albums. On-Location Sessions images are watermarked digitally unless printed through me.

• Q: How do you handle image copyright?
  A: I retain copyright to all images. Personal use is allowed for On-Location Sessions with watermarking. Commercial rights are only included in the Breeder Journey Package or can be purchased as an add-on.

• Q: Do you offer gift vouchers?
  A: Yes, gift vouchers are available for all packages and can be emailed or printed.

• Q: Can I request specific editing styles?
  A: I offer a natural, professional style for all images, but minor requests (like colour adjustments or brightness) can usually be accommodated.
